Vision Plumbing Limited is a plumbing and drainage business run by Norbert, working across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and south-east London.
Quotes
Quotes are given after the job has been discussed or seen, and before any work starts. A quote is based on what can be seen at the time; if hidden problems come to light once work begins, we will explain what has changed and agree it with you before carrying on.
The work
Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. We do not carry out gas work of any kind, boiler work, bathroom fitting or tiling.
Warranty
Work carries a one year warranty on parts and labour from the date the job is completed. The warranty covers failure of the parts we supply and fit and of our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, frost, third-party work carried out afterwards, or wear on parts we did not supply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
Payment terms are set out when the work is agreed.
Cancellations
If you book work at your home following a visit or call, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within that period, for example in an emergency, you may have to pay for work already done.
