• We have used Norbert's services several times for various plumbing related jobs including installing new bathroom fittings (bath and sink taps, bath screen, plug hole fittings), repairing a kitchen leak and solving a dishwasher issue. He has been excellent, and he has even helped us out with a few randomn DIY tasks too. He is generous with his time and knowledge, reasonably priced, efficient, flexible/helpful, and is thorough and tidy in his work. We would definitely recommend Norbert and will go back to him in future.

• Reliable and professional

I have used their services twice and have been very happy with their work quality and prices. Not only they completed the job quickly but I was kept informed throughout the process and was told about any potential issues I might have in the future.I upgraded my kitchen and made few changes to tap / filter / dishwasher/ washer dryer. Also they helped me fix the leak I had in my bathroom. Will definitely use them again.

• Norbert was excellent. He came and fitted out washer/drier and dishwasher, including running the new plumbing for the dishwasher and dismantling the cupboard where the dishwasher was to go, ensuring the kitchen units and bench were still stable when he finished. He also installed an outdoor tap for us.He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and well priced. He explained everything to me so I know more about the under sink pipe work than I ever thought I would. The only constructive feedback I’d give is that there was quite a bit of debris created by his work and it would have been an extra nice touch to have this cleaned up and the packaging from the white goods to be taken away for us. 10/10 would definitely use him again.

• Great service quick and resolved the issues in my property. The operator had great knowledge for his trade, im very happy with the outcome. Very reasonable prices. Definitely will use again.

  Fitting an outdoor tap

In May 2022 Norbert fitted an outdoor tap for us. It wasn’t until we came back from holiday at the end of September, that we realised the tap had been slowly leaking for months and by this time the kitchen floor was ruined. We contacted Norbert and he came round quickly to fix the leak. He also without being asked said he’d cover the cost of repairs. He said we should arrange the repairs and send him the invoice. This we did and after knowing the final cost was £826.76 Norbert said he’d transfer the money to our bank account. To date we’ve only received £500. And Norbert isn’t responding.

Fix a leak caused by sweating copper pipes, chase existing pipes to understand layout and simplify.

Norbert worked very quickly to solve what at first looked like a simple leak. He spent a lot of time, chasing the pipes in an old house in need of modernisation in order to understand the situation. Thanks to him I now have newer pipes not subject to leaking (as they are no longer buried in concrete). I am using him now to complete a bathroom renovation project.

To clear blockage and to replace a leaking toilet soil pipe that had been incorrectly fitted.

The previous owners plumber had incorrectly fitted a toilet soil pipe that kept blocking and was now leaking. This needed to be completely replaced which meant removing the old soil pipe and fitting a new one correctly. Also, as the toilet itself was old, a new toilet was purchased and connected up to the new soil pipe. The price quoted was as invoiced. It was not cheap but not too expensive either, so probably pretty fair.

• 10/10 on Checkatrade

Clean out blocked drain, used camera to ensure pipework was in good condition.

The quality of the work completed was extremely high, the engineer did not finish the job until he was satisfied the drain was completely clean as well as other pipes which led into the drain. I have used unblocking companies before and all they are interested in finishing the work as quickly as possible. Vision Plumbing stays on the job until they're satisfied the job has been done properly. The cost of the work is competitive and the job completed far superior to the competition. I would not hesitate to recommend Vision Plumbing to friends and family.
