Vision Plumbing is a SafeContractor approved business
Our commitment
Vision Plumbing wants everyone to be able to find out about the work, read the reviews and ask for a quote. This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How we test
Pages are checked in a browser at phone and desktop widths with an automated accessibility checker (axe).
Text and button colours are measured against what sits behind them, including when a button is hovered or focused.
Every page has a skip link straight to the main content, proper headings, labelled form fields and descriptive link text.
If your device is set to reduce motion, the review carousel stops moving on its own and the scroll animations are switched off.
Known limitations
The latest check found these, which are still to be fixed:
Orange link text inside articles and on the policy pages, and the reviews link under the review carousel, is slightly lighter than the 4.5:1 contrast target.
The Trustpilot rating badges have an accessible name that does not include all of their visible text.
Reviews are shown exactly as customers wrote them on Trustpilot and Checkatrade, so their wording and punctuation are their own.
Third-party content
The map on the areas covered page is embedded from Google, and the form's spam check is provided by Cloudflare. Their own controls are outside our control.
