Yes. The 24-hour emergency call-out is his own promise. For a burst pipe or a leak you cannot stop, turn off the stopcock first, then ring 07379 636676. He will talk you through what to do while he is on his way. ### 03What areas do you cover? Based near Sevenoaks and working across Kent, Medway, Surrey, East and West Sussex and south-east London, roughly an hour's drive.
