Norbert reads every enquiry himself and rings you back to talk it through before he quotes. [4.8 out of 5 · 49 reviews on Trustpilot (opens Trustpilot)](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/visionplumbing.co.uk)[24 reviews on Checkatrade (opens Checkatrade)](https://www.checkatrade.com/trades/VisionPlumbingLimited) [07379 636676](tel:+447379636676) 24 hours, for emergencies ## Before you get in touch ### 01What is the quickest way to reach Norbert? Ring 07379 636676. He answers it himself, and for an emergency that is always faster than the form. If he is on a job and cannot pick up, leave a message or send the form and he will call you back. ### 02What should I put in the form? A line or two about what is happening is enough: what you can see, where it is, and whether water is still running. Norbert rings back to ask anything else he needs before he comes out. ### 03When will I hear back? Norbert reads every enquiry himself and calls back as soon as he is off the job he is on. For water that will not stop, do not wait for a reply: turn off the stopcock and ring. ### 04Do you need my address to quote? Only your postcode to start with, so he knows it is in his area. The full address comes later, when a visit is arranged. ### 05Is there anything you will not quote for? Gas work and boilers, which need a registered gas engineer, and whole bathroom fit-outs or tiling. For plumbing, drainage and hot water, ask.
